Player Props: Week 14
I had a bit of a bounce back after my four loss week in Week 12 and hit on three of my five suggestions in Week 13. My season record is still too close to .500 with 39 wins and 34 losses. Let’s see if I can change that. Here’s five more player prop bets that I like this week, and that I’m willing to share with you.
Please remember that gambling is super risky and you should only use funds that you can afford to lose.
Josh Allen, QB Buffalo Bills
Over 239.5 passing yards
We all know that Allen is an MVP candidate, but he’s really upped his game lately, averaging 255.2 passing yards in his last six games. That’s even after last week’s snow game in which he only had 148 yards through the air. Give me the over on his passing prop against the Los Angeles Rams, who have allowed the sixth most passing yards over the last five weeks.
Isaac Guerendo, RB San Francisco 49ers
Over 73.5 rushing yards
Guerendo is the last man standing in the 49ers backfield and he has a very good matchup against the Chicago Bears who have given up the most rushing yards (718) and the fifth most receptions (23) to RBs over the last five weeks. Guerendo has only 42 carries on the season, but he’s made the most of them, averaging 5.86 YPC. He’s had two games this season in which he’s carried the ball at least 10 times and he’s rushed for 99 and 85 yards respectively, in those games.
Blake Corum, RB Los Angeles Rams
Over 15.5 rushing
Corum faces the Buffalo Bills who are giving up 5.19 YPC to RBs over the past 5 weeks. Corum is still Kyren Williams’ RB handcuff (for now), but he played his highest rate of offensive snaps of the season (32%) last week and he rushed for 42 yards.
Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Over 41.5 receiving yards
Otton’s receiving stats have leveled off lately but he’s still a big part of the Buccaneers’ offense, averaging over eight targets per game over the last six weeks. His Week 14 opponent, the Las Vegas Raiders, have given up the third most receptions (34) and the most receiving yards (413) to TEs.
Saquon Barkley, RB, Philadelphia Eagles
Over 111.5 rushing yards
The over on Barkley’s rushing prop is a big number but he’s already rushed for over 111.5 yards five times this season. His Week 14 opponent, the Carolina Panthers, have been giving up big chunks of yardage and big numbers to RBs all season long, including 156 yards a game and 5.47 YPC to RBs in their last four games.
