AutoTrader Echopark Automotive 400

Hello, race fans!  It's time for the AutoTrader Echopark Automotive 400 at Texas Motor Speedway in Arlington! Our lineups cashed again last week, so let's make more money this week!  The weather looks clear, with temps in the high 70s. The race is slated to begin at 3:30 pm Eastern. This race will offer varying strategies and drivers who may not have winning cars may opt to try to win stage points. Start your engines!

I'll be playing in Draft Kings this week. If you're new to the NASCAR DFS world, here's a quick summary of how scoring is done:

Look for a mix of drivers that fit the following:

Starting up front can potentially lead to lots of laps.

Good drivers starting farther back can pass many cars and finish with a strong differential.

Drivers starting up front I like:
Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott

Drivers with great differential potential and could lead laps:
Christopher Bell, Denny Hamlin

Drivers with great differential points and possible top finishes:
Brad Kesolowski, Ross Chastain

Most likely to be chalk plays:
Kyle Busch, Kyle Larson

This week's dominators start up front but at high prices. Instead of spending top dollar on Kyle Larson, consider Ty Gibbs as an option.

Race Winner  Tyler Reddick
Best Bet for a solid finish Chase Briscoe, Ryan Blaney
Dark Horse Differentiators Erik Jones, Todd Gilliland

It will be hard to beat the chalk of Kyle Larson today, but this is a track where place differential can outpace dominator points. I like Kyle Larson and Ty Gibbs leading many laps and finishing close to their starting positions.

Other Picks and props I Like this week:

Fanduel Christopher Bell +1400 Outright, Brad Keselowski +3400 Outright

Fanduel Top-3 Prop bets: Chase Briscoe +1800 Top 5 Chase Briscoe +220

NASCAR Fantasy Live:

The revamped Fantasy Live game run by is a free game to win prizes and test your skills at picking drivers with limited starts. Each driver has ten allocations, a garage slot you can swap with mid-race, and the ability to choose drivers in head-to-head match-ups for bonus points.

I'm looking to save a few starts this week. Here's who I have in my NASCAR Fantasy Live Pool this week:

One-and-done Games:

Earlier this year, I wrote about different strategies in "one-and-done" leagues.  This season, I'll lay out some names that fit each strategy throughout the season.  The order I show them is the order I would play them this week.

"Parachute Theory" or "Studs early and often:" Kyle Larson, Denny Hamlin, Martin Truex Jr.

"Steady Hand Theory" Mix of Studs and Mid-pack drivers: Brad Keselowski, Chris Buescher

"Late Bloomer Strategy" No Studs Early and often: Zane Smith, Carson Hocevar
