EURO 2020 Group B Preview

This is an interesting group with one of the favorites for the tournament involved. Belgium are an excellent team littered with quality players and are rightly fancied to win this group but I don’t expect it to be plain sailing for them as along with group outsiders Finland they will have to travel to play the joint group hosts in Denmark and Russia. Denmark in particular have the advantage of playing all their group games at home Russia gets 2 of their 3 games at home so that could be very relevant to how this group pans out. Let’s take a look at the teams and see if we can find a few fantasy bargains amongst the teams.

First, though let me remind you that you can manage your own fantasy team for the tournament at Fanteam where you will have the chance of winning a massive £200,000 first prize or one of the over 10,000 prizes in their fabulous £1,000,000 DFS tournament. You can join using my exclusive link below and you will also get a free £20 sportsbook  et after you make your first deposit which will pay for your entry into the euros tournament so you have nothing to lose by clicking on my link here

So back to the teams in Group B

Belgium 6/1

Finland 500/1

Denmark 28/1

Russia 66/1

Where does one start with Belgium? So many stars and so many fantasy options but I will only pick three for the purpose of this article

Kevin de Bruyne 12.5M

R. Lukaku 11.5M

T. Hazard 10.5M

As you can see no cheap options there but well you have to pay for quality and with Belgium likely to go deep into the tournament they will get you plenty of fantasy points and will pay for their price tag in the long run.

Denmark are a decent side and has a great chance here to go a long way in this tournament with being able to play all their group games in Copenhagen and this along with the support they will get can only improve their chances.

C. Eriksson 7.0M

M. Braithwaite 7.5M

These are the 2 players in this team that really stand out in a fantasy points sense. They both create and take chances so I expect them both to rack up a decent amount of fantasy points throughout the tournament.

Massive outsiders and rightly so but I like the way Finland play and they have nothing to lose here so expect them to have a real good go but they won't get you a load of fantasy points in the long term however I have picked a couple of players who could prove to be nice fantasy bargains.

R. Lod 5.0M

T. Pukki 5.0M

Remember you have a squad of 15 to pick and a budget to stick to so adding a few cheap players will help you buy more of the expensive players.

This team is not the Russian side of years ago when they were a bit of a force in international football however with home advantage in 2 of their 3 group games they should still do enough to make it to the knockout stages so a couple of players could be useful fantasy buys here

A. Golovin 6.0M

A. Dzyuba 5.0M

Nice value selections here who should see plenty of minutes in the group stages.

So that’s your 4 teams in Group B I fancy Belgium and Denmark to finish the group 1-2 but I’m not sure in which order I do like Denmark because of their home advantage to sneak home but it is very hard to call.

I’m getting very excited about the tournament as it draws closer and being a part of the Fanteam tournament as well and yes if you click on my link to join I get a commission  but you will get a great offer too and for £20 you will have the chance to win £200,000 so it’s a no brainer just click this link and be a part of all the excitement
