Player Props: Week 7
I had a break out week in Week 6 hitting on four of my five suggestions bringing my season long total to 21 wins and 16 losses. I just missed on Tyrone Tracy Jr.’s rushing yards prop but at least those of you who started him in your fantasy football leagues got some good production out of him based on his six catches and rushing TD. I’ve got five more player prop bets that I like this week and I’m willing to share them with you.
Please remember that gambling is super risky and you should only use funds that you can afford to lose.
Bijan Robinson, RB, Atlanta Falcons
Over 62.5 rushing yards
Robinson appears fully healthy (he had been dealing with a hamstring injury) and he’s got a very good matchup against the Seattle Seahawks who have given up the second most rushing yards (445) to RBs over the past three weeks. Tyler Allgeier will get some carries this week but Robinson will get more, and that will help him hit the over on this prop. Robinson has been coming on lately and although he’s averaging a modest 78 rushing yards per game over the past two weeks, he’s also averaging a more impressive 5.78 YPC during that time frame.
Chuba Hubbard, RB, Carolina Panthers
Over 69.5 rushing yards
With Jonathon Brooks still at least a couple of weeks away from making his season debut, Hubbard is unquestionably the Panthers primary running back. He’s been doing a great job lately, entering Week 7 as the NFL’s third leading rusher (485 rushing yards), and his 5.64 YPC is the fifth best among NFL RBs. He’s got a good matchup against the Washington Commanders who are giving up an average of 135 rushing yards per game to RBs. Hubbard has averaged 101.8 rushing yards per game over the past four weeks.
Brock Bowers, TE, Las Vegas Raiders
Over 60 receiving yards
With Davante Adams now a New York Jet and Jakobi Meyers listed as doubtful on the Raiders’ injury report, Bowers will continue to have a big role in the Raiders’ passing game against the Los Angeles Rams this week. Bowers has led the Raiders in targets over the past two weeks and he’s also had more than 60 receiving yards in each of his last two games. With the Raiders a bit short-handed in Week 7, he has a good chance of catching for more than 60 yards against the Rams this afternoon.
Derrick Henry, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Any time TD scorer
I know the streak has to end sometime but I don’t think it’s going to be this week. Henry has at least one TD in each of his first six games and as the focal point of the Ravens’ offense I’m betting that he’ll have at least another one in Week 7.
